Subscription Billing
Monthly memberships are billed automatically at $97/month on the same calendar day each month unless canceled.
Yearly memberships are billed automatically at the yearly subscription rate on the same calendar day each year unless canceled.
Refund Policy
All sales are final. No refunds are guaranteed.
Refund requests submitted due to exceptional circumstances may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Adam Holland.

Stock Options Made Easy is an educational platform. Nothing provided within the course, community, live sessions, trade ideas, or related materials constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a guarantee of results.
Trading options involves risk, and members are fully responsible for their own financial decisions.
Intellectual Property
All course materials, community content, trade callouts, videos, documents, recordings, strategies, and related resources are protected intellectual property owned by Adam Holland Educates.
Members may not:
- share account access
- redistribute course materials
- reproduce community content
- resell information
- repost trade callouts
- create derivative educational communities using protected material
Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of access without refund.
Community Conduct
To maintain a productive and respectful environment:
- harassment
- bullying
- excessive foul language
- hate speech
- solicitation of members
- disruptive behavior
are not permitted.
Adam Holland reserves the right to remove any member from the community at his discretion if behavior is deemed harmful to the group environment.
Membership Access
Access to course materials, community resources, and related benefits remains active only while an account is in good standing with an active subscription.
